Refund policy

RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

For all types of returns, please send us an email at info@edgyland.com or call us at (858) 753-8888 for approval.

You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods for returns. Please understand returns with no approval will not be accepted.
All approved return items should be sent within 3 days after the approval.

The items must be returned new, unworn, and unwashed, in the same condition as it was sent to the shipping address. The original tags must be intact, and the items without tags will not be accepted.

 

RETURNS DUE TO DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received defective or damaged items, please describe the problem in a few words in the email and attach the photo or video evidence of the items you’d like to return. We will provide the return label and pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

  

RETURNS DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR

If you’d like to return items due to customer error, please describe a brief explanation of why you’d like to return them in the email.  You will be subject to a
10% restocking fee in addition to return.

 

REFUNDS

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 to 3 weeks after we receive the return package. The time period includes the time we inspect the returned items and the bank process our refund request.
